I would like to invite you to the conference LEGISLATION FOR BUSINESS "Detergent products in the light of Polish and European regulations - future challenges", organized by the Polish Association of the Cosmetic and Detergent Industry in Warsaw, November 7, 2018.
We have been observing reently a strong intensification of legislative activities in the area of Polish and EU legislation, resulting in significant changes for the household chemistry sector. During the Conference the most important of them will be discussed:
Such an attractive program was possible thanks to cooperation with the best lecturers. Conference participants will hear speeches of experts from the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology, A.I.S.E., Office for Chemical Substances, Powiat Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Warsaw, Polish Center for Testing and Certification, Rekopol, Chemsafe Srl and Polish Association of the Cosmetics and Detergent Industry.

- review and future amendments to Regulation 648/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 on detergents
- harmonized reporting to Poison Centers
- claims used in detergent products
- detergent vs. biocidal products
- criteria for the evaluation of ED substances
- issues related to environmental issues (microplastics in detergents, eco-labeling, packaging waste).
